This session is designed for dancers looking to deepen their understanding of house dance through the exploration of club fundamentals, foundational movement concepts, musicality, and footwork. Participants will engage in drills, exercises, and guided movement practices that cultivate rhythm, timing, coordination, and personal expression while strengthening their relationship to the music.
Through intentional training, dancers will also develop greater body awareness and proprioception, learning how to navigate space with clarity, efficiency, and confidence.
